Introduction: Introduction: Extended cervicoplasty is used to treat the aging stigmas of the lower third of the face, especially in cases of severe tissue sagging. However, the maintenance of its long-term results has been little studied in the literature. Objective: To assess the maintenance of the results of extended cervicoplasty in the long-term. Methods: Twenty-three patients with severe tissue sagging underwent extended cervicoplasty, having been followed up for five years. The postoperative results in the first and fifth year were evaluated by 8 plastic surgeons. The analysis of the results was performed using the McNemar and paired t-student tests. Results: In the first year, 12 (52.2%) patients had the outcome rated as very good, 9 (39.1%) as moderate and 2 (8.7%) as poor. In the fifth year, 9 (39.1%) had the outcome classified as very good, 11 (47.8%) as moderate and 3 (13.1%) as poor. None of the patients had the outcome rated as excellent or bad in any of the analyzed periods. There was no significant difference regarding the classification (p = 0.450); and the total score (p = 0.373) during the study period. Conclusion: Even in difficult cases, extended cervicoplasty provided good results that were maintained in the long-term.

Rhinophyma tends to determine important nasal changes, with aesthetic and functional impairment, especially in more advanced cases. Despite the various techniques already described, the search for the ideal treatment persists. Two patients with rhinophyma underwent tangential excision associated with electrocoagulation, with subsequent intensive cosmetic treatment. The described technique is effective, safe, with excellent aesthetic results and no recurrences during the study period. This proposed combined treatment appears as a great alternative for the treatment of rhinophyma due to its technical simplicity and its good long-term results.

Introduction: Multiple approaches and the use of different surgical strategies seem to contribute to the goal of obtaining more satisfactory outcomes in rhytidoplasty. In light of this, liposculpture has been progressively becoming more relevant as an alternative to improve those outcomes, adding greater final aesthetic value to the procedure.
Objectives: To evaluate outcomes obtained in patients who underwent the association of rhytidoplasty and facial liposculpture.
Methods: Fourteen patients underwent classical Pitanguy rhytidectomy associated with liposuction in specific areas of the face, having been subsequently followed up for 12 months. Seventeen volunteers used the Antell & Orseck method to evaluate the postoperative outcomes.
Results: Of the 14 patients evaluated, 9 (64.2%) were classified as having experienced excellent outcomes, while 3 (21.4%) had moderate outcomes, and 2 (14.2%) had poor outcomes. None of the patients experienced outcomes rated as perfect or undesirable.
Conclusions: Rhytidoplasty associated with facial liposculpture is an important alternative for the treatment of facial aging, leading to satisfactory, safe and long lasting results.

Facial hemiatrophy, or Parry-Romberg syndrome, is characterized by the progressive atrophy of the tissues of half of the face, affecting skin and subcutaneous tissue. Its clinical manifestations are very varied. Preferred therapeutic strategies for the treatment of the syndrome were not yet completely established. The authors describe a case of mild facial hemiatrophy, in which the patient underwent lipofilling (autologous fat grafting), progressing with satisfactory result. Treatment alternatives, its advantages and disadvantages are widely discussed in the study, with fat grafting emerging as an excellent therapeutic option due to its safety, low cost and replicability.
