Eccrine poroma is a benign tumor that occurs in eccrine or apocrine sweat glands. It is a solitary lesion, usually the same color as the skin and located on the palms and soles. The authors report a clinical case of pigmented eccrine poroma, in light of its rare and atypical clinical presentation of the tumor, which in this case simulates a malignant melanoma.

Chondroid syringoma is a rare benign cutaneous adnexal tumor, also called mixed tumor of the skin, due to the presence of epithelial and mesenchymal components, as well as sweat glands elements. Due to the fact that it clinically resembles a variety of skin lesions, histological examination is crucial for diagnosis and hence treatment.

Rhinophyma is characterized by the hyperplasia of sebaceous glands in the nasal region, associated with a nodular thickening of the skin, enlargement of the pores, and fibrosis in the later stages. It occurs most commonly in male patients bearing rosacea, and may be associated with phymas in the region of the mentum (gnatophyma), ears (otophyma) and forehead (metophyma). The present article describes a case of giant rhinophyma with significant impact on the patient's quality of life, hampering breathing, sleeping, and eating. The lesion was successfully treated with electrosurgery.
